Essay: "Mind Games"

Mind Games Klingemann, Eric

What exactly is a "mind game"? Well, in my opinion mind games can be played on you by other people. Sometimes, if you are not strong enough, you might play them on yourself. Life is a mind game. Why are we here? Is there a purpose? Must one do this or do that, or complete some type of task, journey or adventure? Can one live truly happily without riches or without the notice of outsiders? The answers are within you, but that is up to you to determine. In my opinion, of course once can be happy but you must live your life to your own standards, to influence how or what you do. Those are mind games. One must be strong enough to overcome all obstacles. If something feels right to you then by all means...if something feels wrong you will know. The feelings in your loins? That is a mind game. Governments tend to play mind games on its own states/country. They only tell you what they feel you should know. Don't let them trick you into believing something you know is correct, just, or true. Love, hate, good, evil, equality, racism. These are all in their own form, mind games. Religion too. Why? You ask? If you see each has an opposite. Why? Because there are forces behind them all. What brings about any of these forms of life? Mind games! The ones people play on everyone. If one loves, he loves because another hates. It will only make sense to those who look beyond worldly things. Everything is really beyond us all.

Now one must sit...let's think for a minute...What I am saying...is it a....mind game...you tell me!
