These two words carry so many meanings and directions that it's so hard to find a true direction to go in. Make no mistake mind games are very deep here in prison but its not only here that this happens. Mind games carry a big role in society as well and if you want my opinion especially with politicians. Don't believe me? Better pay closer attention to your government.

There are no bigger mind games than being confronted by a gang member. The fantasy they lay out sounds really great. Until you finally realize that you're being used for things they themselves are not willing to do. It's not just this, mind games come in many varieties that you never see until its too late. Shoot, it even happens with your own family members whether you want to admit it or not it happens. But it is so important for those who are just getting here to prison or even in life in general you really have to understand mind games can really impact your decisions in life. Negativity is everywhere; it can impact your family as well as you.

Believe me I know many do not like what I have just said, but I'm speaking from experience not just saying something. I just learned from all this, actually I knew for a long time but didn't want to admit to myself that I had fallen for such a simple thing to see if I'd opened my eyes long enough to see what was happening. You really must pay attention or the mind games will get you, whether it be in here or out in society.
