Rituals can be a part of your life in more than one way and you might not even know it. Take us prisoners for example, whether we really understand it or not we do have rituals, especially for those of us who are coffee drinkers. Right or wrong

We wake up and what's the first thing that we do?! Put on the water, fix a cup of coffee, lay back and think about what the day is going to bring. Many of us do different things, we may call it a routine but there are those of us who have been doing it for years. It's become a ritual to us.

A ritual doesn't always have to be thought of in the negative way. Take people in the free world for example. There is something they do every morning and have been for years, it just comes natural. On the other hand, you do have those who are into cults that are into the rituals on the negative side. Some say they're calling spirits, just wanting to talk, being friendly. You ask me and I'll tell you they're looking for trouble. Or, you have those who like to play with the dead and for those of you who think it can't be done I've seen it with my own eyes.

Living in the city you tend to see things you are not even looking for. Being on the streets and involved in drugs you get into things of that nature then later realize just what it is you're tampering with. But in reality we all have a ritual.
