Hey it's me Mr. Lazy again. I can't believe it has been almost a month since I put pen to paper and expressed my feelings and emotions. Well folks, come take a walk with me.
Well folks, the first part of Feb started out very crappy due to pride and senseless acts of violence. The unit was on a 10 day unit lockdown that also included a shake down. During lockdown I got my mind right and focused on my workout. Well Journal, during lockdown I received a reclassification lay in. They did not run it that day though. The 16th of Feb I was told I got my G2 status which is minimal custody. After spending 28 months on medium custody I finally get my G2 status. I really don't know how to feel. It really feels strange to me because the whole time I have been on this unit I have been in medium custody/ high security. - So it is something new and different for me. Right now I am currently on transit status for 30 days, and then they will find a house for me. I got a little closer to hearing from my mother. The chaplain sent a letter to her and she called the unit and spoke to the chaplain and said she was okay. I have yet to hear from her in 19 months - It really is killing me. Well this is my year. November 2007 I will come up for parole. First time with 5 years on a 10 year sentence. We will see. I have been messing up but who knows? Well Journal, it's been a very busy month. I hope that everything works out for the best. I hate change. So we will play it by ear. Wish me luck. Until pen and paper meet again.
