When do we begin to play mind games? I guess in the beginning it's innocent jokes we play on each other as children. Then we get older and find it funny to play a cruel joke on someone or mind games for personal gain. As my own life went to left field I found that without mind games it was hard to get by in the world I was now a part of. As time went by I came to realize I was playing mind games with those I didn't need to. The result was I lost that person and their love. This became a negative cycle which cost me friendships, love, and family. Now I sit in the box playing mind games with myself and come to realize that I have lost at this game of the mind.
