My name is Sifu Harold R. Hall, I'm of Brazillian/ Black descent formerly 4 times Unites States Full Contact Karate Champion, a holder of a 4th Degree in both Traditional Tae-Kwon-Do and Kung Fu, love art and music, yoga and Treanscended meditations.

I have a degree in Art and Business, I love individuals who are "Balanced" on a mental/physical with some form of spiritual belief... I am open-minded, intelligent, and cultured, my life has been an experience and those involved have been both Students/Teachers... we've learned from one another... I would like to meet, individuals who we can both learn/grow from... my life and those around me are Treasured Gifts. I seek honesty in all relationships... I've been incarcerated for 14 years, looking for release if it's by the will of Our Creator in the near future. If not, I must continue to strive for freedom, within as I have come to know... no matter where one may be,
